Her work hopes to center queer of color epistemologies and critical research frameworks. She is committed to supporting communities in the fight for equity. At UMD, she is currently a Research Assistant for Project RISE. Lindsey holds a B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the College of Wooster, as well as a Masters' degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She has worked as a middle school inclusion teacher and teacher mentor for more than 7 years. When she is not curled up with a book, you can find her baking or spending time with her family.
