Lodging and Transportation

PAYMENT INFORMATION.  The conference fee of $125 is payable by credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX, and Discover) or check to the University of Maryland [Tax I.D. 52-6002-033].  Payment information must accompany the registration form.  We will accept on-site registrations ONLY if space is available.  Please direct any questions to Tursunay Tarim by email:  ttarim@umd.edu.

MEALS.  Breakfast will be provided both days. Lunch will be provided on Thursday only. 

ACCOMMODATIONS. For out-of-town guests, there are several sources of accommodations in the immediate area including Holiday Inn, Best Western, Courtyard by Marriott, UMUC Marriott Inn and Conference Center, Comfort Inn, and Quality Inn. METRO.  The campus is conveniently located approximately 1 mile from the College Park-University of Maryland Metro Station on the Green Metro Line.  For metro information, please visit the WMATA Web site:  http://www.wmata.com/.  The C8 Metrobus runs from the College Park Metro station on a twenty-minute run through campus.  The bus will drop you off at the Stamp Student Union.
